All the bars,pubs and restaurants are stil closed. They are almost begging to the goverment to open them. But not such luck. There are already some that will not open nomore. It is hard the stories you hear and how they try to make some money with take aways. As it goes now it will be not before march, april when this sector can open again. Antwerp is known for the drinking and eating cultere. Many of us are waiting untill our favourite place opens again.

There is a chance my favourite restaurant in town won't survive. It is sad.

Sorry to here that your favourite bar is still closed. ‘Chatleroi’ (‘Chat Le Roi’ means ‘Cat the king’) I can remember going to this place and listening to some smooth jazz. (Am I right In thinking this?)

That has been one of the harder parts of this mess. I have had too many friends loose their business/es due to this virus. Hopefully soon things will open back up
