This is a railroadbridge, still in use. It are the old bridges leading the trains in and out the centre of the city. Under those bridges is a lot of space and sometimes they try to make them to good use. So what is behind the screens here,...
Well in this case a big picknicktable and on the other side a playground. So you can have a picknick while the trains ride over your head.
These photos go so well with the 52 frame challenge. The tone of your monochromes always grab my attention. They are (on my screen) a true, sharp black and white (hope that makes sense).
I like them close to true B&W, not to much grey in them. Normally we all should work with a calibrated screen. On my screen they show up a bit to dark sometimes.
There's nothing better than having a meal under a train 😊

Nice camera work! Good idea to make good use of the spaces under the bridges! I bet it's fun to hear/feel the trains passing overhead, while you eat your brats and drink your beers!
It is a deep rumbling when they pass. There is even a small brewery under the bridge
