North Sea Vigil

This was taken at Dunbar one of the old North Sea fishing towns. The story of that coast line is of herring fishing, the catches, and the losses. Kate's great great grandfather was returning from the fishing when the boat was swamped with all hands lost as it returned to Dunbar.

Further South is Eyemouth where much of the fishing fleet was lost in one great storm.
