Thanks to oldbabe for the recipe on 8-23-08! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I did take a few liberties with your recipe ~ but it still turned out great & tastes delicious!!

I used olive oil instead of bacon fat.
I used 2 tbsp. (give or take a little) of rosemary instead of parsley, and I threw in a little cinnamon basil for fun. Parsley is one of the herbs I don't grow. All the others I was able to use from my herb garden, which makes this a very fun recipe for me.

      Hey, glad you liked it. I try different herb combos from time to time also. Grow my own herbs too.

      If you like rosemary you would probably like rosemary/garlic chicken and rosemary foccia bread.

      Does the cinnamon basil have much taste? I grew it long ago but don't remember it being particulalry strong.

      Oh......YUM!! I will have to stake out oldbabe's post, that looks to die for, and right out of the oven!! MMMMMmmmmm Beautiful!! In fact, I think I just smelled it :)
