This is Sint Nicolaaskerk [en.wikipedia.org] (Church of Saint Nicholas), he's the patron saint of sailors and merchants so he's a good guy to also be the patron saint of Amsterdam. Inside there is a lot of decoration, and a lot of stuff relating to sailors.I love how it looks in the soft evening light. A weather vane on the top of central station, there is a clock the the left and a wind meter to the right, hmm, maybe more photos needed. The problem is that the whole area is a building site right now. Canayjun's bookmark for me arrived in the post today. Yeah! Along with recipes.
