It's been a hard, sad week since Richie died. Everyone I talked to on the West Side is downhearted about it. Richie never caught a break his whole life. What happened to him isn't right.

This is Tony. He used to let Richie in to take a shower and clean up at his place. "Richie was a good man."

While we were talking about Richie, a glorious rainbow arc appeared. It filled the whole sky over the neighborhood.

We're all humans on this earth together. Let's see each other. Let's appreciate, honor, and take care of each other while we're here.

I met Robert and Latriece. What a team!

I met Dean, lost in thought.

Dean has a baby daughter named Skye, and big plans for the future!

I met Giang (pronounced Zan)

The view last night from Richie's spot on West Ferry and Herkimer. Richie, you are seen and loved.
Rachele,
Your pictures are exactly how I imagine The US: diverse and very open. I have only been to Midwest but hope to see more as soon as corona crisis is over.
Best regards, Piotr.
Thank you for your comment! I do hope you get to travel once this is over. I also want to go see the amazing places I am seeing on photoblog! I love to see the way the people who live there see.
Peace,
Rachele
