A recent but edlong overdue visit to my sister in Cincinnati resulted in a trip to Krohn Conservatory, a botanical garden in Eden Park. We went mostly because she knows I like to photograph flowers but discovered the first portions of the installation of displays created by a company called Applied Imagination, which I came to learn has done garden displays for many years. While I got some nice orchid photos, the definite highlight of the visit was the delightful displays from Applied Imagination. The displays feature structures or creatures made from plant materials and trains and seemed to have a fairy tale theme. All of these photos were taken handheld with my Sony A7ii and the Sony 24-105mm zoom at varies settings.
