Cone Flower - Bud to Blossom

The flower, as in all living things, evolves in stages of beauty, each more beautiful than the previous until it's full potential is reached. After a few moments standing proud in it's glory it's will wither and allow those that follow to stand their reign before bowing from glory and passing the torch.

      Great sequence, Ray! I LOVE coneflowers, and have a few on our flower garden by the patio.

      A very good serie, and the first one is my preferred. And the angle of last one is very original

      Gorgeous set, such a pretty flower! No 8 looks like a sea anemone... I like the fact that you must have been lying in the flower bed to get the last shot... now thats dedication!
