Only a few weeks after purchasing my camera where I get frustrated when uploading to social media. Either the size was too big or the pictures grainy. Those times that it was still a hit and miss. This tower is 45 minutes away by train from where I come from. Worth the trip.

Yes, people are allowed. Sky Tree is one of Tokyo's tourist attractions. The entrance fee is still too expensive.
