Whew! If you’ve managed to make it this far, you must be knackered.
I have been meaning to post one of my panoramas for a long time, but have been stumped with PB’s vertical bias. Yesterday, it hit me. YOU CAN HELP!
If you’re using a laptop, just tilt it at a 90-degree angle to peruse all of northern Athens. If you’re in a latte-sipping, trendy cyber-café this will immediately attract the attention of all the good-looking girls / boys, which is why you went there in the first place.
If you’re using a desktop system, avoid the fate that befell Jarvo’s external HD by doing the following:
1. Depending on your age, sex, weight and ability to laugh at yourself, request the assistance of between two and eight people
2. Make *them* tilt *you* at a 90-degree angle to peruse all of northern Athens, in a Marlene-Dietriech-stage-performance kind of way.
3. Care should be taken to avoid the 270-degree angle, which will get everyone confused.

(Note to the worried: I made up the last paragraph. Judging from some of the comments received, it might just be necessary to point this out.)
Apologies for this, but it’s the only way I can show you a pano with enough detail. The paper version is over two metres long. Once you’ve come back from the chiropractitioner / orthopaedic surgeon / pilates session next week, I’ll post another.

Sorry for the MSD caused by scrolling down…
Actually, one of the reasons I like this image is that the Acropolis isn't in it. If you're wondering where it might be, it would be to the right. This shot taken from where St. Paul harangued the Athenians.
Very beautiful..! :)
