Tuesday Inspiration: guess the theme

If you have a mathematical approach, the answer's staring at you in the face.

Anyway, makes a change from trying to capture the heavens. This is an echo of the very first Tuesday Challenge macros Helen and I used to have… I'm rather proud of how this came out.

Captured with a Canon 5D mk II and a 100 mm f/2.8 L macro lens, very little post-processing involved.

Congratulate / blame Gkorts for the theme and, as always, thank Helen (Girafferacing) for the logistics.

For forks sake what is going on there? How is maths going to help me, I just keep thinking four tines, four tines, four tines, four tines... Very clever patterns though.

I love these - just the sort of thing I would do! Having said that, I have something totally different planned for tomorrow....
