Nude XII/XII

by Stefan Fletcher August. 08, 2016 2313 views

One of my friends has had some of her posts summarily deleted. They included pictures of a woman unclothed, which offended the censorious, small-minded prude who acts as the director of PB morals. It was decided by means of an amendment to the terms of service (no announcement to members) that this would be a ‘family-safe’ site. I’m not a big fan of nudes, but I am a huge fan of the right to choose what I like.

For my last posts here, I hope you enjoy my nudes.

I do like this, though ? are her legs foreshortened...your going to explain something optically technical regarding this aren`t you.... Will miss the small group I interact with on here. Have not made my mind up yet about leaving but totally agree the censorship issue is a load of bullshit.

Cannot understand why Liz picture was censored. My first issue with this new PB. Are we in XXI century or what? I hope more of us demand the return of Liz picture to PB. In my country censorship was defeated 40 years ago and I do not want to return to it.

Ram explained it quite well. Old PB's friends-only accounts were grossly misused, so I understand why everything must be out in the open. The argument that it has to be 'family-friendly' is silly, but makes sense when you realise that other members' posts are tacked on to the bottom of yours (articles from other users), so you might see something you or your young children shouldn't. Our options have been further limited and now we must all conform to the bland mediocrity of whatever Disney-level censorship applies. It is the owner's right to do whatever he wants with his property and ours to vote with our feet and leave. Of course, the simple solution is to remove other user's blogs. Instead, I have received sarcasm, specious comparisons with Facebook and stupidity. Apparently, I was looking for a reason to quit. Actually, I was looking for reasons to stay! Censorship, however, is a deal-breaker.

You've said it Stefan, the simple solution is to remove other user's blogs. No one is obliged to see what it doesn't want to see. I'm afraid we will rapidly return to medieval ages were everything was a sin. BTW, I do not like Facebook too, so comparisons do not apply, in my case. Thanks for stand for Liz freedom of expression. Guns are no problem, but naked women - oh my God what a big problem. Sad.

So sad that it has come to this. If you find a new community with the spirit of our old PB, please let me know. Bye Stefan.

So by the same argument, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, and Mark Zuckerberg are all "censorious, small-minded prude"?

You were just looking for an excuse and you have just found one.

Je te reconnais bien dans cette vulgarité !
On peut ne pas approuver les nouvelles règles sans insulter l'administrateur. Pour ma part je me réjouis qu'il y ait moins de photos vulgaire sur ce site.

I think you have a long, long, long way to go before you can compare yourself with the people you mentioned. Don't argue similarities as comparisons; it isn't logical and just makes you look bitter.
