Warm and sunny day in wee Gilnahirk today. We had breakfast up the front with Mum and Dad, which I love to do at the weekends. I continued with the never-ending ironing while M&D read their books and pottered about. Today's ironing viewing was Barbershop.
To make the most of the weather, Dad and I walked to the co-op to get stuff for dinner. Made the mistake of only taking one bag and then having to take a handle each for the walk home - turned out a lot sweatier than we expected!
To reward ourselves we had a Magners on the deck before the sun went behind the clouds. Dinner was sausages, baked potatoes and beans - a Thomas classic.
Another few G&Ts tonight in front of the telly (common theme now Dad is rally into his gin)! We watched 'The Man who knew Infinity' which Mum and I slept part of the way though, then she called it a night and Dad and I watched the new Jack Reacher film.
Stuart left America today and is currently on his way to Dublin via Toronto - will be nice to be back in the same time zone again.
