First day at Glastonbury. One of the few years it didn't rain - instead we got terribly sunburned. Who knew it could get sunny in England. We hadn't even brought sunblock! These were the days when you could get tickets to Glastonbury Festival the month before. I got a free ticket by serving breakfast to the staff. Initially I was at the till but I got relegated to toast duty as I couldn't figure out the coins and do maths at the same time. Considering the amount we'd had to drink the night before - I'm impressively perky! After 10 days of me practically throwing myself at Neil (and he didn't show that he liked me whatsoever) I'd almost given up on it.Turns out he did like me after all but it still took 8 pints at “The Queen's Head Pub” in Harringay for him to act on it. We moved around to take a pic and Neil was staring at my cheek, I turned to ask him what he was looking at and he kissed me. A friend snapped our first kiss! After a big night out we stopped for something to eat. Very impressive that he still wanted to see me after I impressively fell asleep after eating.
