A Bird with a View.

A little back story on this photo.

I had the day off from work, I'm a fedex ground driver and my plan was to go to a State Park for the day and take photos, just of whatever I could find really. I remember it was really hot and humid, a miserable day to be outside. So after some time had passed, most of the day really; I decided to come home and do some work around the house and get a bite to eat. I wasn't home long before I heard a very loud and consistent "cheep".  It got my dogs attention as well, so we decided to investigate. It didn't take very long before I located this young robin sitting on a window sill in my garage. And of course I had to take a quick photo before I helped this little one back outside.

I can't even say how beautiful this is and thank you for helping him back outside. I am sure he had to be very happy! Both for the help and being outside again

thank you!. I do believe that this little robin had built a nest in one of our smaller trees in our front yard!

You are so very lucky! I now am living in an apartment out here in WA state - for some reason these people don't seem to believe in having trees near homes/apartments..... so I get to see the seagulls fly around and that is it. I go to the parks as much as I can and am looking forward to a home with nature around in the future!
