So this was day zero. Not quite day one yet, because due to extreme stress, I wasn't able to finish anything that you see here and therefor I didn't manage to even come close to my caloric requirements to gain weight. I'm aiming to gain 35 pounds in 16 weeks. Not shown was my snack on my first break at work: it was a pot of Greißpudding (semolina pudding similar to cream rice) and the cup of licorice tea that I had with it. I also had a lemon tea at work which is also not shown. Tomorrow will be better.

So I give you: Day 0.

For breakfast I had Pommels potato snacks with a cup of instant hot chocolate.

After arriving at work I had a hot chocolate and a few squares of a chocolate bar.

I had a few squares of this with my hot chocolate. About four squares. Also for my first break at work I had a Greißpudding (see description in my post) with cinnamon and sugar and a licorice tea with honey.

This was my lunch: a small bowl of Bulgar wheat with cubes of feta cheese and creamy salad dressing, with a sprinkling of salt and black pepper. Due to being stressed, I only ate half of it. I also had half a small pro biotic drink, shown in the picture.

Mid- afternoon I had another hot chocolate from the machine. I also had a lemon tea which I didn't photograph.

So that was my day zero. I intend to get started on my vitamins and up the calories tomorrow.
