Ávila, Spain

When I told my friend João I was going to Ávila,
he told me not to forget to look for some “Yemas de Ávila”.
These specialities are, in fact, a must!
It's composition is, mainly, eggs.
What an amazing taste :)

This entry goes to my dear cousin Mary ;)

Humanity inheritance

The entire village is inside these walls

Only a few doors allow your to enter back to the past :)

Rain… yeah… when we have rain, there's always a chance to find a mirror… just look around :P

These one's are upstairs! :)
One of the accesses to the “upper deck” of the city walls

And the view, from up there, is simply worthwhile :)

Even when it's raining…

I've triggered my flash to “froze” the rain and show you that's raining!

Old and new:
The old wall and new houses… all together.

From the top of the walls (quite cold up there…)

A lagoon?
A mirror?
A car?
A funny way to look at these walls?!
Try your best :)

“Plaza del Mercadillo”

“Rui, I'm hungry….”

These ones, they call them “Flowers”.
Guess why!? :)

1127m MSL (meters above the medium sea level).
As was told us, this is the highest Spanish city…
(4ºC is the medium temperature in the winter)

Regarding #12....
If it's a car, it sure is a lot cleaner than mine.... ;P
I'd bet on a lagoon...
