Yesterday night, was going to Santa Cruz so when I noticed that there would be a biz jet in night stop, got my tripod and camera. Although it's not one of my favs it's allways interesting to get these and also haven't got many chances for night shots…
Just before leaving home, realised that french post (Europe Airpost) was almost an hour late: Great! It's been quite a long time since I last got one of these and it's the first time I got it at night. Usually I'm not around at the time it scales LPMA. Arrived just in time to get it clean (of stairs and other handling stuff) almost ready to push back.
Finishing push back for runway 05.
Took the chance also for my first night shot of the cargo plane on its weekend stop. Finally could get it with no Satas in front…
Behind, there was also CS-DPA, the Hawk 900XP from Madjet, local bizjet airline that just brough its first (and only) plane a few days ago.
After that, it almost looked like we were at Azores, with the arrival of 3 Sata planes in a row: a couple of A320 and the ATP that conects Madeira to Porto Santo.
Swiftair in night stop? It's usual?!
