Sweet and Spicy Ramen Stir-fry

For the sauce

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

For the stir fry

  • 8 ounces ramen noodles (I used the cheap dried stuff and set season to the side)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 pound boneless pork chop, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 pounds sitr fry vegetables
  • chopped cilantro for garnish

This is the recipe I used for this dish and it turned out fairly well. There are some changes I will make for the next time I do this dish. I would double the sauce and slightly undercook the ramen noodles . This was one of those dishes we wanted something different and had a small package of pork chops . Stir frys are easy and quick to do so this was an intriguing meal for me to try.

The dried packages are less than stellar by itself . They are great for fixing up and using in different manners .

Thank you . This is one of those type meals I have been less than sucessful enough times that I am starting to see success :) both in photography and cooking .
