The Start of a Still Life Painting....

by Russell Smith September. 23, 2018 269 views

My daughter has an art project that is a still life . After talking she decided that it maybe best to grab a photo so she would have a constant image of the lightsource she wants to use for the light. Highlights and shadows are not going to change.
I hope she will let me grab some shots of the process but for now this is the first step in the process.

Beautiful arrangement of flowers and colors - I like the workplace situation.

:) It is the kitchen table . The light from that window is nice in the afternoon or early morning .

I like the composition. Hopefully we will see more of her project through your camera's eyes :)

She knows what she's doing, as do you!

Yes she does. She has helped "style" a couple of my food shots in the past with success.

I would agree but it was not me setting it up I was just being directed to give her the image she wanted hehe.

Though I'm still unsure
what angels feel like,
every time I see a bouquet
of lovely roses, I tend to
think that's the scent
of angels in bloom blue heart
