Salmon Two Ways

Salmon done two ways . 1 was a Miso Poached Salmon with Asparagus and Boc Choy . The other is a Lime Honey Glazed Roasted Salmon with Roasted Asparagus and then a bit of the Boc Choy that was cooked in the poaching liquid.
The liquid I used to poach was Fish Broth that I mixed Miso, Serrano ( no other chilis looked good today) , Lime Peel (did not have lime leaves) , and a touch of Soy because it needed a touch more salt.
The glaze for the lime honey salmon was Soy , Honey , Lime Zest and Lime Juice also a bit of Brown Sugar .
The main objective of this shoot was to see how the bowls will look in the frame. I was looking for any odd highlights what not . I plan on making Pho in a few weeks and this will be the bowls that I use for that and a few other things.
