Yahtzee... We have success. This is a loaf of a sourdough whole wheat sandwhich bread. The flavor is great the texture is about what I have in my mind to be correct. The recipe is at the link I have posted. I did omit the yeast because well I wanted to see what it would do without it being added. Added a bit of time to the rise.
So needless to say I am beyond stoked at the second with the results of this and this is also a loaf that I can make anytime and it is "healthy" at 100% whole wheat.
