4 April Easter Sunday....

We had a relaxing Easter Sunday. Pana Cotta was for dessert now for the color version

Not one of the better food shots that I have taken recently in either Color or Black and White. There are some things to figure out when dealing with this dessert in this type of container. It is a simple and easy desert to make so I will make again and see if I can improve on it.

There's a fine line with the gelatine. I used a recipe and used the amount of gelatine it said but found it a bit rubbery as opposed to lovely. It took three goes to get it just right so I wrote the correct amount in the recipe book. It's a sliding scale between total collapse, delicate wobble and the spoon bouncing off.smile

Very True and I do the same thing I make notes and adjust it in the recipe book or page that I printed off an lives in my binder.
