21 April Brioche Sourdough Slider Buns...

A mouthfull to say and a delicious bite to take. This was the shaping process or after the fact while it was doing the final proof. I started these buns late on the 18th and they were done on the 21 a day longer than the recipe called for but life got in the way for cooking on the 20th. I had dr. appt. then pharmacy to deal with and man I thought SC had some twisted laws and regulations . Tenn I think can trump some of those laws that irrorated me in SC. Good news is out of that whole adventure the dr. have finally put me back on the path I was on so that means I can get out and do more nature photography and pay a lower pain tax. /cheer. Also means I can or I no longer have an excuse to do some of the projects around the house that I have been putting off due to the pain tax.

I would love to see a color shot.....too. 
For me, the colors in food dishes are the most attractive elements....

I love brioche of any kind but I have yet to taste a sour dough one. Looks great so far. Glad you're on the path of being rejuvenated. 😉
