looking ahead
I successfully interviewed for and accepted a job in downtown Kansas City on Monday and I start on Thursday. I'll be staying with my generous and wonderful mother- and father-in-law until Ryan and I find an apartment. So, technically, Tuesday night was my last night "at home", and everything after this is devoted to looking for a new one.
I'm not excited about the upheaval, but I am looking forward to the future. :-)
