Jimmy took pictures (and video) at Crossfit tonight. Lovely huh? I am in the red with that stupid weight above my head. Todays workout: 24 squats (to those balls on the ground you see), 12 snatches (as seen here bar over head), and 12 push ups…doesn't sound bad right? Well repeat 4 times after doing cleans and “warming up”. Gimmie a shout lemme know how that goes for ya!
