Some of you will know that I quite like my music, alongside love of photography and walking. The latter two combined being a real favourite pastime.

So, out of the blue I see the two merge around an all time favourite album and a favourite statue.

April 1972 saw the release of Argus, the third album from UK rock band Wishbone Ash and a wonderful album it is, in my humble opinion.

Fast forward to the late 20th century and I stumble upon the statue of Llewellyn Ap Gruffudd in Llandovery. I cannot stop grabbing a few shots every time i pass through and only this weekend did I see a connection

OK - where do you get the incredible album covers? And, I was at the WA Live from Memphis recording session in 1972 at the old Coliseum. I didn't live here then, but I was at freshman orientation at Hendrix College in Conway, AR - a two hour drive and Tennessee then had a 18 yr. old drinking age, so... They were unbelievable!! Time Was...
