Light my fire.

Good charcoal makes a good fire.

Two shots here and different from my usual postings. It is a before and after sequence. The first is the fire material, the second the result. I was struck by the layering pattern.

1. Bags of charcoal in a supermarket.

2. Wood and charcoal in a fire hearth.

Photos of fire are almost as mesmerizing as the flames themselves. Great set.
