I made some shiskabobs this weekend. I used the same recipe that I've posted before []. The one variation this time was that I made a seperate marinade for the vegetables. I mixed a 1:3 ratio of red wine vinegar to olive oil. Added equal parts, thyme, basil, and oregano. Finally I topped it off with a little bit of mustard (basically homemade Italian dressing). The little disc shaped thing on the plate at the end is a homemade gougère (I plan on showing how I made that next).
