Family, Rajasthan

I almost spent the night with this family. The two guys in the middle of the family group passed me on their motorbike, slowed down and came along side to talk. They wanted me to visit their house. I wanted to visit their house, especially if it was one of those cute little mud huts that I'd been seeing throughout the day. So i went along with them for at least 5 long minutes with them leading the way. There was a Unicef noticeboard painted on the side of the house with instructions (cartoons) about safe childcare. Anyway they were a sweet family but I just hope they received the copies of these snaps I sent them in the post but the address was pretty vague, so I can't be sure.

They are so proud of their cow.

The cow, child, woman, men, dusty fields - classic rural India beautifully captured.

Oh, thank you! :-) But actually, I wasn't referring to that sign. Around the side of the house, there is a larger one with pictures.
