A lovely walk in the Snowdonia National Park

The park is one of my favourite places to visit. There are parts that are very very busy, but with a little effort you can find the solitude you want

Rhaedr Ddu Falls is one such place. After a good downfall the waterfall is very very impressive, and offers the photographer some great pictures. You need to have you wits about you though because it can be very slippy

You can then walk a little further and visit one of the old gold mines that you can find in the area

Cefn Coch is the site of an old gold mine that dates back to 1873. A great place to visit and explore in the summer, but in the winter must have been more challenging
