A Walk in the Park

One of my favorite places to photograph here in Richmond Va is Maymont Park. The land was originally owned by one family and later donated to the city with the condition that the grounds remain the same and open to the public. This is a great place to photograph no matter what season. You can see the entire collection with better descriptions here [shootingrichmond.com].

The flower of a Tulip Poplar.

This lovely bush is called Catmint. It is known for attracting butterflies.

There's something majestic about a peacock strutting his stuff.
