Japan Diet Day 1

I'm starting a diet plan based on a book I read called “The Japan Diet”. I followed some of the tips in the book to add more colour and variation to my meal. The top rules that I follow are: less oil, less salt, less meat, more vegetables, more fruits.

I had fish for lunch and sausages for dinner. Both dishes are accompanied with steamed rice and boiled vegetables.

2 boiled sausages, boiled pak choi, steamed carrots, crabsticks, cucumber and steamed rice.
