With the Fourth of July coming up, I figured I would try some fireworks photography. Reading up on it, it didn't seem to hard, just set up a tripod, use slow shutter speeds to capture the entire firework from start to finish, use a slow iso to keep the image sharp. While taking these shots I must admit that at times it was a bit more difficult than I expected. I didn't expect the framing to be so tricky, and I also expected a bit more detail in the sky and background. However all in all, I would say that the pictures came out pretty good. Next time I do this, I will try and pick a more scenic vantage point and also drag out my shutter speeds a little longer.
