Elvis Costello - Watching The Detectives [youtube.com]

A few interesting anomalies occurred to me while writing this post: one, I've never posted with an Elvis Costello song ; two, I have a strange keen eye for re-discovering things I've seen before ; and three, this is my 250th post! Whoa!

So, the absent of Elvis Costello is very interesting in this post as mentioned above and in the caption. I think subconsciously I did see the cover form, but not on purpose. As for the blatant Dave Matthews Band swing-ride… Yeah, I have nothing to say about that one.

As for the corn dog and your humbled photographer's fugly hand; I just had to indulge. And yes, I did take home another caramel apple this year; how could I not?! Cheers.

A very non-blatant rip-off of Dave Matthews Band's album cover [en.wikipedia.org].

Buzzzzz. This [en.wikipedia.org] is the reason I just had to use Elvis Costello for the posts' music.
Nikon D70s | f/9 | 1/320" | ISO 320 | 70mm

Shameless self-indulgence. I was so craving a corn dog.

GREAT set Mike! I love the first shot and think it looks far better than Dave Matthews album cover. I do love Dave Matthews though.
I think your seeing the Costello cover was serendipity.
I want a corn dog.

I love the last one! Interesting, I did not know this was called "corn dog", here in Canada we call that a Pogo which is the name of a company who produce it.
