Busy Day at the Feeder

Recovering from surgery gives me the opportunity to spend more time watching and photographing my feeder. Every cloud has a silver lining :) I'm glad I filled up the feeder before my surgery and before the snow came. I bet the birds are glad, too. Judging by the texture of some of the photos, it is time to clean my window!

Nice ! I saw a tip on a video to run a stick through the suet cage letting it stick out on each side to give the birds a quick perch then get a shot without including the feeder. I haven't tried it yet.

Lovely captures! So thoughtful of you to provide for the birds in this "lean time". I hope your recovery is speedy and complete!
