Such peaceful expressions!  The moment captured .... moving on but with tranquility and a smile.  What a great set!

Seems that the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. I enjoyed to scoll through this photos and got the impression, that the police had as much fun as the demonstrators...grinning

There wasn’t much antagonism. Extinction rebellion includes demonstrators who volunteer to be arrested and serve sentences for civil disobedience. The tactic works best if the sentences are disproportionate to the minor offences committed. It was used by Dr ML King and by Mahatma Ghandi very effectively. The police are careful to explain the consequences to the volunteers and there are Extinction Rebellion legal representatives present in the process leading to arrest. Everyone seemed respectful of each other. Thanks for the feedback and the compliment, I’m flattered
