Streetside food

This guy has a little sandwich stand at the fork of the Mall and Lower Bazaar. I've never tasted his stuff because of my paranoia about communicable diseases.
But he's very popular with locals.
Apparently, he stuffs the bread with boiled potatoes, garnished with salt, chilli powder, cummin powder and some other spices, then toasts it on his little stove with a dot of butter & serves it with tomato sauce.
One of these days, I'm going to try his sandwich.

Surely the customers' avid attention says something?
