such a simple recipe, dropped on top of soup, covered, left the steam for 20 minutes.
the secret is to spring a little water on top of them before cooking, they come out light and fluffy.
if you make a similar recipe, but roll it out flat and cover a stew before putting in the oven–that's Duff.
