Daily Reflection

So today I gave into peer pressure and my carb count is horrible.  I count 132.5 net carbs and MFP calculated 143 total carbs.

I started my day fairly well, trying out the Musli I received in my Keto Krate with some vanilla flax milk.  The Musli serving size is only a tenth of a package so I estimated out two servings, which increased the carb count.

I was busy cleaning and such so I didn't eat again until after we picked my mom and grandma up from the airport.  We stopped at and ate at Whataburger and I followed suit ordering a meal (with fries).  I usually bring this type of food home so I can take it apart if needed but since we at there I just ate it as-is.  This meal alone was over 100 carbs.  Unfortunately I looked all that up after I ate and ordered or I'd likely have checked myself and made different choices.

We were home the rest of the evening so I had a pickle to offset my earlier meal and later on spread some pimento cheese on meat slices, which was quite good.

Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully will go better.

If you're keeping track, I went up a couple of pounds this week.  I'm guessing the high carb meal last Sunday (pizza) plus eating that cornbread with the BBQ on Wednesday had something to do with that.  It really doesn't take much to throw you off track, which makes today even worse for this upcoming weigh-in.
