Daily Reflection

For the most part I was back on the wagon today.  A majority of the carbs came from the Gatorades I drank in order to keep my fluids up.

I didn't want to do bulletproof coffee for breakfast so when I got to the office I got a Premier Protein and some bacon plus a Gatorade.  The Gatorade was a majority of the carbs, at 36 since the bacon and Premier Protein only came in at 2.  Even though I didn't drink the Bai until later, since it was in that picture I included it's carbs in that count.

For lunch I had Thanksgiving Leftovers and also took some for a coworker who is interested in low carb.  She said everything she tried was really good, so that was nice.  To me, everything held up and reheated very well, the worst was the Green Bean Casserole, as the cream cheese mixture separates a little when reheated, but definitely still edible and tastes good.

A coworker had cookies they were giving out so I gave in and tried one in the morning, before lunch.  In the afternoon I ate some of the Peanut Butter Surprise cookies I had made.  Another coworker tried one and liked it so I gave the rest to her.  I also got a second Gatorade, giving me another 36 carbs.

Going into the office wore me out so I left an hour early and dozed on the train ride home.  Once home I had a second serving of the Chicken Express we got the day before, again peeling the skin off the chicken.  I did eat one roll today, my last carb to steel myself for tomorrow.
