Crested Caracara (Mexican Eagle)

One of my favorite birds to photograph at Port Bolivar Texas is the Crested Caracara also known as the "Mexican Eagle". They usually hang around in pairs and I've seen as many of six of them together at one spot. Today there were two.

Good series.
Funny, why the Eagle lift his leg in #3.

Thanks.  They're definitely my favorite.  Took these photos from the car.  As long as you don't get out of the car they won't fly away.
