I really do think that the seasons are falling behind one another. This month has felt so much colder outdoors than the previous ones! It doesn't make it fun going to work on days when you see that it is -4 outside! It can make you really appreciate what you do actually have when you've got a warm bed and a roof over your head.
Yet there are so many people out there that simple don't have those things. Basic commodities such as running water, clean clothes, warmth, a meal to eat, shelter or a friend to talk to. This time of year can be one of the loneliest for many people (and that isn't just for the homeless). Yet man you of us will moan because we don't have something, making us seem so ungrateful as we take so much for granted.
What is it that we can do to help our brothers and sisters, our neighbours, in their time of need? What can we do to make a difference?
