ladies and gentlemen:

ms. lauryn hill [liveatsunset.ch].

(somewhere in the light)

i've been to her concert here in zurich yesterday, which i anxiously awaited since 1/2 year. lauryn hill is to me one of the funniest, craziest, most creative and respectable living musicians on this planet.

what she has achieved with the fugees and as a solo artist will last for longer then most of the stuff being pumped into the hip hop radios at the moment - and she proved her qualities yesterday to the fullest. :-)

super quote, i fully agree.

i still have to realize what happened saturday, i've seen Eumir Deodato live (the Maestro).. one of the deepest and most exciting lives i've seen, in my top 5 with The Roots, The James Taylor Quartet, Sly and The Family Stone, and someone that actually i cant remember [it's late]

TO-DO's: go to a Stevie Wonder-Herbie Hancock-Isaac Hayes-Madlib show.
anyway, it's so sad that many musicians left this groovy planet when i was too young to come see them, or even i wasnt born yet.
it's even more sad when you cant see them with the former lineups or during their best ages..

*but now stop with this boring stuff*

:-)
