and why do we have no time anymore to sit down and wallow in each others stories?
because all that commuting does not leave any time for having a story at all.

I think that commuting can be in itself the source of many stories. What comes to my mind are several of Julio Cortazar's stories, for instance. The potential for stories lies in us, irrespective of circumstances.
I see Lyency's influence on this... well done!
love this kind of shot. have a great day.
Nice shot :)
perfect shot! i love it
A micro-cosmos inside a bigger one. I want a black one, with sugar, please.
Regrettably, no story can begin without knowing if the other one understands and it is not in the speed and the haste that she can make it.
I like your photo which, for me, seizes this pressing time of "each for himself".
The story is already began as soon as they sit down and lift the coffee cup to their mouths...or did it start when the bought the coffee...or when they walk into the coffee shop ..or when they decided to go to the coffee shop....or ... ;)
Communicating is the story
Nice graphic elements in this shot... the ground and the black exterior combined with a great interior scene... well done! 8^)
Well at least the picture tells a story. Nice shot!
perfect shot. i like how the signs and "2" break the symmetry
i love the design of this photograph. it is so well balanced. this style of commuting seems much more social then the crammed freeways of LA however and people eating at drive thru Mc Donald's.
Smart phones perhaps? Everything works in your nice composure!
I remember seeing a super film called "Strangers on a Train".
Many moons ago ( I too, live in the sky! :-))
Great composition!
