Fishbone

This are the last remains of a gilt-head bream. It have had his last swim in the ocean of golden olive oil before it was caught on the shores of the garlic coast. It was a kingly burial with lot of parsley, mangold and potatoes. I will remember it well and carry it on my hips forever.
