Reverse Time

by Sigrid Strohschneider-Laue February. 01, 2018 2380 views

It was in the evening, when I saw the reflection of the old clock from Roland's great grandfather in our very small psyche (furniture with mirror and drawer). The psyche belonged to his great grandmother.
Maybe she used the mirror to adjust her earrings and her hair to get ready for an pleasant evening at the opera, meanwhile her husband was nearby the clock impatiently waiting for her.
Maybe I should have stared a little while longer instead of taking a picture.
Maybe I would have been sucked into a time tunnel going back in the 19th century.
Maybe it would have been a very bad idea and it was indeed better to take picture.

Very cool photo. And I would love to go back in time - certain times, that is. And only at my complete control... But a voyeur of a another time/era.

I fear their would be no chance of complete control and you have to be vaccinated for everything possible - especially tuberculosis - AND there is no vaccination against misogyny ... wink

joy Oh yes, that would be great. If I would have a painting of Dali, I wouldn't be rich, because I wouldn't sell it.
