Maybe you want join the orchid challenge too?!
I posted already some orchids and here is another one from Herrenhausen Gardens. We were lucky during our visit, because there were only few people around. So we had enough time to find even the well hidden orchids. Some orchids are not great "show offs", they are well camouflaged and just green in the middle of green.
A couple of years ago, I visited an orchid fair nearby Vienna. It was only a small exhibition for a lot of money. You had to follow a path, which was a one way. There was a long queue of a "billion" people and all tried to squeeze at once - the typical Austrian way is to use elbows to get in first - into the historic building. No chance to linger for a while and admire a blossom or take a picture. A nightmare like a black Friday sale!
At least I learned from this visit something very important: If you want to photograph a exhibition without a billion people with two billion elbows, join the press conference and write afterwards about it in your blog!
If you are interested in orchids and want to know, how to care for them, please read - well illustrated with lot of pictures - instructions by ANDI.
