Roses

by Sigrid Strohschneider-Laue May. 30, 2018 1902 views

Yesterday it was January and now May is almost history. I don't know, but this five month are gone as fast as money in the tax office. When I look back and think about the work I had to do, it feels like ten years and looks like 10 days. Maybe I'm stuck in an universe somewhere between anytimE Schrödinger and relAtive Einstein.

But one thing is for sure: It's a universe full of roses and it is in the my mother's garden.

#3 is very well done, Sigrid!
I love the tone separation and colors.
The only thing I know about Schrodinger is that he had a cat...or maybe he didn't grinning

Oh, and I just heard a few days ago about a new experiment about quantum superposition (Schrodinger's real theory) where they are going to try to prove that something can exist in multiple places at the same time...https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/quantum-physics-may-be-even-spookier-than-you-think/

But if they can't get it to work, maybe the results will end up here:

Thanks! blush
It was - again - an amazing idea to do this flower challenge. It made me to appreciate the garden a little bit more.

#8 is my fav, it is so crisp. I now the bright colors are difficult to photograph, not easy to bring the textures out. Well done

You are right, the red and pink are complicated to photograph. It's like they glow to much (maybe it#s just one spectrum) and at the same time, they absorb the contrast.

Close your eyes and imagine the fragrance - unbelievable. The lavender is blooming too. It's an orgy for eye and nose.
