Sunday – perfect day to meet my best friend Christine in our office to talk about her last travel and scroll through all of her pictures. We came from different directions and we met at the same time at the entrance. I saw her walking down the street towards me. And I can truly say: today I took the best portraits of my friend Christine. Several shots from the hip – with the "no-snap-shot-camera"! Every single picture is just brilliant. Christine looks great, she laughs, she looks like a 25 year young model in designer clothes and in the last pictures she even gives me the one finger greeting of true friendship. And? No, I’m not allowed to post them anywhere. Sigh, I will complain about for the rest of my life. At least I photographed outside and inside our office - pictures without her as the main attraction.
I bought at the flea market – where else? – some "new" old cups from the 1950s and 1960s. I should stop buying them, because I own already 100 pieces of collectible ugliness. Of course we drank coffee and ate cake from these new additions to our office. Christine found a large jug on a big antique sale, which adds at least some historic style. I'm looking forward to see this large piece in some of her breathtaking stills.
Yes a great day at the office, although I again have to complain, not to be allowed to post the best pictures.
